BOISE, Idaho — As ticket buyers anxiously wait to see who will be chosen to win the 2024 St. Jude Dream Home giveaway, officials have unveiled the home's open house times and location.
This year's home is located at 4634 S. Selatir Way in Meridian and is valued around $700,000. Its grand opening will be Saturday, May 4, and the winner of the home will be announced June 2 at 5:30 p.m. on KTVB Channel 7.
St. Jude provided a list of dates and times for the public to visit the home:
- Open Houses: May 4 – May 19
- Mondays and Tuesdays: Closed
- Wednesday – Thursday: 5-8 p.m.
- Friday – Sunday: Noon-8 p.m.
As of Thursday morning, May 2, all of the 30,777 tickets had been sold.
The $3,077,700 raised is a record, according to St. Jude officials. In fact, it's the most successful Dream Home campaign ever in any location.
It is the 20th St. Jude Dream Home in the Boise area and the 12th to be built by Berkeley Building Company.
The approximately 2,100 square foot, three-bed, two-bath and two-car garage home features Pacific Northwest Serene Styling, an expansive gourmet kitchen and a luxury spa bathroom.
Proceeds from the raffle go directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which researches potential cures for childhood cancers and other life-threatening illnesses, and treats children at no cost to their families.
Ticket holders who purchased the raffle ticket the day it was released are also entered to win four club seats to a 2024 Boise State football game.
If you buy a ticket before May 3, you'll also be entered to win a brand new 2023 Ford truck courtesy of Idaho Ford Stores.
