BOISE - Police are investigating after a man's body was found Monday in the Boise River.
Boise police said they were called at around 1:10 p.m. after a passerby found what appeared to be a body in the river near Veterans Memorial Park. Officers arrived to find a man's body.
The Ada County coroner on Tuesday identified the man as 46-year-old Anthony Lamont Brower of Boise.
Toxicology tests are underway to determine the cause of death. Foul play isn't suspected.
Boise police are investigating.
