Police are seeking the public's help to find an 11-year-old girl who was last seen Tuesday afternoon in Nampa.
Lizabella Caward is 11 years old. She was last seen at around 12:30 p.m.
Police said she's developmentally delayed. Lizabella is described as being very thin and having a small frame.
She was last seen at around 12:30 p.m.
She has brown hair and brown eyes, and she was wearing a pink, yellow and blue Duch Bros Coffee hoodie and jeans with holes. Lizabella also had a black backpack.
