They say that records are made to be broken, and one Boise man has done that 33 times!
This morning David Rush celebrated his 33rd birthday by breaking his 33rd Guinness World Record at Albertsons Stadium.
He jogged for 100 yards, from one end zone to the other on the blue turf, juggling three objects while blindfolded, officially breaking the record for "greatest distanced traveled while juggling three objects blindfolded."
Rush says the attempt was all about promoting STEM education.
"Now if you told me three years ago that I'd be able to run across a football field while juggling blindfold, I would have said 'that's impossible,' and a lot of kids say, 'math is impossible for me,' but if you work hard at it, you can get better at anything, and setting Guinness World Records is my proof point," Rush said.
Rush also serves as an inspirational speaker and has made a guest appearance on the Today Show.
