VANILLA EGGNOG

YIELD: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

3 pasteurized large eggs, or 3/4 cup pasteurized egg product like Egg Beaters*

1/3 cup sugar

4 cups cold milk

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/8 tsp salt

Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Combine the eggs, sugar, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Cover and blend until frothy. Divide among six 8-ounce serving glasses and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
