BOISE -- The Boise Factory Outlet Mall property is up for sale for $3.5 million.
The outlet mall, which opened in the summer of 1992, currently has 10 retail stores, with many more spaces unoccupied.
Senior Vice President Brian Thomas of the Portland-based company that owns the property says there are several interested buyers, but would not comment on if they are local or not.
He also said it's up to the buyer on what they choose to do with the 22.5-acre property -- meaning it could become something other than a shopping center.
