A three-year-old died Saturday night after being run over by a pickup truck in a southeast Boise neighborhood
The accident happened at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday night, on the 9500 block of Littlewood Drive.
According to Patrick Orr, the spokesman at the Ada County Sheriff's Office, the child was running alongside the truck when she was hit. The driver had pulled out of a driveway, and did not see the girl, Orr said.
According to the Ada County Sheriff's office, there no evidence of foul play and it appears to be a total accident.
The girl was transported to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
