BANKS, Idaho — A Boise man died after crashing his motorcycle into a guardrail along Idaho 55 Monday morning, Idaho State Police said.
The crash happened north of Banks at about 9:50 a.m.
According to investigators, 55-year-old William Balding was driving north when he went off the road and struck the guardrail.
Balding was thrown from the motorcycle and died at the scene of the crash. Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
The crash remains under investigation.
