MERIDIAN, Idaho — Scentsy's 11th annual Rock-a-Thon will take place Friday, September 6 from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM at Scentsy Commons, 2901 E. Pine Ave., Meridian. Seventy rocking chairs will line the sidewalk on Eagle Road between Pine Avenue and Commercial Street to raise awareness and money for Faces of Hope. Food trucks will be onsite along with a fireworks show!

Here’s how you can get involved:

Rock!

The Scentsy Family Foundation is donating $250 per chair, per hour, for 12 hours as long as the chairs are in motion.  That’s $210,000!  If you’d like to secure your spot and sign up for a time to rock, CLICK HERE.  Spots are limited and are going quickly.

Since 2009, Scentsy has donated more than $2.5 million to local non-profit organizations.

Let’s rock about it.

Faces of Hope provides a safety net of emergency services to people experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking, and/or human trafficking. Men, women and children can come to Faces of Hope and receive help, with no judgment, no strings and no fees. Their dedicated team wraps around an individual or family and provides crisis intervention services to stabilize them. Faces of Hope recently opened a new Meridian location and continues to provide services in their Boise office.

Rally!

A food truck rally featuring some of the best eats in the Treasure Valley will be at the Rock-a-Thon.  All participating vendors will donate a portion of the day’s sales to the cause.

DONATE ONLINE or come to the event and donate in person

FIREWORKS:  To finish off a full day of fun and fundraising, Scentsy will put on a spectacular fireworks show at 9:00 PM.
