The Ada County Sheriffs arrested Januari Cleverly and booked her into the Ada County Jail Saturday afternoon after Idaho Department of Correction began searching for her.
Police made the arrest after being tipped on her location.
An IDOC investigator found Cleverly near the intersection of Maple Grove and Overland in Boise at about 3 p.m.
She was taken into custody without issue.
29-year-old Cleverly walked away from her job Friday evening as part of a work-release program.
Cleverly was a resident of the East Boise Community Reentry Center, an all women's halfway house near the Old Idaho State Penitentiary.
Her criminal history included a conviction for grand theft in Ada County.
