BOISE -- A Boise man has been arrested in connection with the April robbery of Key Bank in Boise.
Kent Glen Williams, 47, was arrested Thursday evening. Police say he is the same man who walked into the bank at 4920 West Overland April 14 and demanded cash.
The robber, who wore a beanie, sunglasses and a purple mask got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Police say the man escaped in a teal four-door sedan.
Williams was arrested after Garden City officers noticed a teal sedan in the 3500 block of East Chinden Boulevard and alerted Boise Police. When officers went to that location, they found the car and Williams.
The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Ada County Jail. He is charged with felony robbery.
Police say they are still investigating a series of robberies in Boise, and more charges against Williams are possible.
He is due to appear in court Friday afternoon.
