BOISE, Idaho — A 41-year-old woman who Boise Police said was found unresponsive in a home due to a multi-drug overdose was identified on Wednesday by the Ada County Coroner's Office.
Talia Salzano of Boise died from a mix of drugs, including fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and PHP, according to a news release from the coroner. Police said Salzano died on Feb. 12 at the home, located near 6700 West Fairview Avenue in Boise.
The Boise Police Department on Tuesday said 50-year-old Jeremiah Allen is charged with involuntary manslaughter, four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of drug trafficking in connection to Salzano's death.
Allen and Salzano were both found unresponsive inside the Boise home on Feb. 12, where officers also found "drug paraphernalia and baggies of suspected narcotics," a news release said. Allen was taken to an area hospital. Salzano was pronounced dead at thh scene.
Boise Police said Allen provided Salzano with the drugs, and he was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on Monday, May 6 on the charges listed in this article.
Allen was also being investigated on separate drug trafficking charges by the Ada County Sheriff's Office. According to BPD, he was wanted on a warrant for those charges when he was arrested on May 6.
