Caldwell Police Department investigating break-in at local elementary school

The four subjects were seen driving a truck to Desert Springs Elementary School, ran to the back of the property and broke in via the roof.

CALDWELL, Idaho — Update: Caldwell Police identified the individuals on Thursday, Nov. 16.

The Caldwell Police Department (CPD) is searching for four individuals that illegally entered Desert Springs Elementary School.

The incident happened at 7 p.m. on Nov. 10, the department said in a Facebook post. The four people were seen running behind the school, before cameras then detected them gaining access into the school by way of the roof.
