NAMPA -- A Jerome woman accused of acting as an accessory in a fatal stabbing was extradited back to Idaho Sunday.
Ashley Nicoli Ford, 27, evaded authorities for nearly two months before being arrested in Las Vegas May 3.
She faces a charge of harboring a felon for her role in a stabbing case that claimed the life of a 30-year-old Nampa man.
Police say 32-year-old James Mancuso stabbed Robert L. Stevens during a fight March 10, then fled with Ford. The pair were spotted in Bonner County, where they allegedly stole a vehicle before traveling to Las Vegas.
Mancuso remains on the run, according to investigators. It is unclear whether he remains in Nevada, or has traveled to another part of the country. Anyone who spots him or has information about his location is urged to contact police.
If convicted of the harboring charge, Ford could face up to five years in prison. She is due to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.
