BOISE, Idaho — Gooding County Prosecutor Trevor Misseldine announced on Friday the Gooding County Sheriff's Office discovered a shallow grave in the rural part of the county on Sept. 21 after a community tip.
The victim has not been identified.
The sheriff's office is investigating the incident as a homicide, as they believe foul play may be involved.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing, and the cause of death is also being determined.
