ADA COUNTY, Idaho — A man was arrested by the Ada County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) and charged with kidnapping, forcible penetration by a foreign object and three counts of rape. After investigating him, deputies think there may be other victims.
Deputies arrested 26-year-old James Hengen on Oct. 14, and he is being held in the Ada County Jail.
