MOSCOW, Idaho -- A man who robbed a Wells Fargo bank in Moscow on Sept. 18 is now in custody, according to the Moscow Police Department.
Police arrested Ebrahem Arar, 31, on Thursday and he is now being held in Latah County Jail on charges of robbery and grand theft.
Police said tips from the community were a huge factor in getting leads that led to his capture.
Pullman police say the suspect was seen earlier on Sept. 18 at a Walmart in Pullman, Wash., around 9:45 a.m. buying a wig and beard.
He was then seen on a bank surveillance camera wearing the wig, beard, mirrored sunglasses, blue-plaid shirt and jeans. Officers responded to the bank robbery at 1:20 p.m. later that day.
The investigation is ongoing.
