NAMPA -- Police have identified the man who was stabbed in front of a Nampa home Thursday night.

The stabbing happened around 5 p.m., March 10 when police say two men got into an argument in front of the garage of a home on West Kinghorn Drive. Investigators say the fight escalated, and one of the men stabbed the other in the abdomen.

The victim, Robert L. Stevens, a 30-year-old Nampa man, was taken to a nearby hospital where he died.

"At this time we believe this to be an isolated incident. We continue to follow up on leads and we request continued support from the public to solve this case," said Detective Sgt. Don Peck.

Nampa Police are still looking for Ashley Ford, a 27-year-old female, as a person of interest in this case. They believe she fled the scene with an unknown man.
