Yousef Ramadam was booked into the Ada County Jail Friday morning after being charged with felony grand theft.

Boise Police removed a man from an airplane and arrested him Friday at the Boise Airport on suspicion of stealing a wallet at the security area.

A Boise Airport passenger approached police when he couldn't find his wallet after clearing the security area, according to Boise Police. Police officers then went through security camera footage to find it.

Police saw Yousef Ramadam, 27, take the wallet from one of the X-ray bins, then walk into the men's restroom.

Another man found the wallet, with money removed from it, in the restroom. He turned it over to police shortly after.

Boise Police then identified the thief and discovered which plane he boarded with the help of security cameras.

Police found and removed Ramadam from the plane. He was arrested on charges of felony grand theft.

The suspect was booked into the Ada County Jail Friday morning.
