BOISE, Idaho — Court documents obtained Wednesday show what led to an actor being charged with misdemeanor battery after allegedly pushing an elderly man to the ground in a Nampa parking lot.
KTVB received a copy of the probable cause affidavit, which states the confrontation between Hector David Rivera and the 62-year-old man started after Rivera parked in a handicap spot despite not having a handicap placard in his truck.
Rivera, most notably known for his role in "Power Rangers," had a warrant issued by Nampa Police and was charged with misdemeanor battery, as previously reported by KTVB.
The affidavit states the victim confronted Rivera, who then became hostile and started yelling at the victim. Rivera took photos of the victim, however, the victim was also filming on his dash camera.

The 35-year-old Rivera is known for playing the Green Power Ranger from 2011 to 2015.
