TWIN FALLS, Idaho — A Twin Falls man was arrested on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor on Wednesday, July 17.
Attorney General Raúl Labrador said in a news release the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) team arrested Sergio Martinez, 39, for four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
"I am grateful for the hard work of our investigators and prosecutors, and for the dedication of our partner ICAC agencies across the state," Labrador said in a news release. "Protecting kids from sexual abuse and exploitation is a top priority for all of us. Our children deserve to be safe from these horrible crimes."
The State Office for the Attorney General asks the public with any information regarding exploitation of children to contact local police, the Attorney General's ICAC Unit at 208-947-8700, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
The investigation was assisted by the Twin Falls Police Department, the Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office, and the Rupert Police Department.
