BOISE, Idaho — Two Oregon men were arrested Wednesday morning after witnesses say they the men breaking into cars near 19th and Eastman streets in Boise at about 1 a.m.
Police say that they were able to find Enrique E. Torres-Ortega, 21, and Francisco D. Castro, 20, both from Ontario near the scene of the reported burglaries and matched witness descriptions of the men.
Once in custody, investigators say they found items the men had possession of that matched items that were stolen from the cars that were burglarized in the area.
Castro and Torres-Ortega were then both charged with four felony counts of burglary and booked into the Ada County Jail.
