BURNSVILLE, Minn. - A trucker's dashcam was rolling last week as a dump truck rear ended a minivan at full speed, setting into motion a multi-vehicle pileup that left two drivers hospitalized.

Truck driver Pat Nelson of Dispatch Trucking put the video on his Facebook page, a post that has since been viewed nearly 350,000 times.

The video shows what appears to be normal daytime traffic flowing along northbound State Highway 13 last Thursday around 9:45 a.m. until vehicles slowed to a stop for a signal at Washburn Avenue. At that point the Volvo dump truck shows no sign of slowing, barreling into the back of a Toyota Sienna minivan and a Ford Explorer, which is then pushed into an International truck.

The State Patrol says the drivers of the minivan and SUV were both taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the dump truck was cited for 'failure to use due care.' Investigators say he showed no signs of alcohol or drug impairment.
