BOISE, Idaho — A crash on N. Bogus Basin Rd. sent two people to the hospital on Monday, Mar. 11. According to the Boise Fire Department (BFD), the crash happened around 3 p.m., and although one person had to be extracted from their SUV, there were only minor injuries.
"Ladder 5 responded and worked to extricate the patient by removing the door. Both drivers were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries. There were no other reported injuries," stated BFD in a social media post.
BFD said they responded to a request for aid from Ada County Paramedics. The road was closed for several hours while crews cleared the scene. Ada County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
