BOISE, Idaho — Three people are in the hospital, a family is displaced, and the house next to it has minor damage after a yard fire started between the two houses. According to Boise Fire Department (BFD) the fire started on Aug. 31 around 3:15 p.m. on the 10600 block of Ogden Ave.
"Firefighters coordinated fire attack, and extinguished the fire while also searching for victims. Three civilians were transported to local hospitals. Their condition is unknown at this time. One firefighter was treated on scene and released. One of the houses suffered extensive damage to its interior and exterior, and the family is displaced," stated a social media post.
BFD believes the fire was human caused but it is still under investigation.
