BOISE, Idaho — In May, Bogus Basin began to operate their summer activities on the weekends. On Wednesday, just in time to kick off summer, Bogus Basin announced it will begin fully operating on Friday, June 21. Unlike the 2023 summer season, the mountain will operate daily.
Operations are expected to run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every single day through Aug. 25. In addition, there will be extended bike operations on certain Thursdays.
Bogus Basin will host various free events to keep the summer fun rolling. Including family-friendly events such as identifying bugs, live music, yoga and group nature hikes.
The park offers 14 lift-served mountain bike and hiking trails, and Bogus even boasts Idaho's one-and-only mountain coaster. This year, Bogus Basin added a new attraction called "The Mineshaft" which is a 3-story, 55-foot course with two ziplines.
