BOISE, Idaho — KTVB's Hector Mendoza spent Friday morning at the Boise Airport, after a Microsoft technology outage left airline carriers in a frenzy.
According to BOI, Delta Airlines is facing some delays. They normally operate with six check in computers, but on Friday morning, they only have two operational. There are reported delays for flights to Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as delays to Minneapolis, Minnesota. A handful of flights to Minneapolis have been cancelled, so make sure to check your fight details before arriving at airport.
Other airlines are reporting normal operations.
For those traveling through BOI on Friday, be prepared for delays as the technology outage is still being figured out.
