Update: Missing Horseshoe Bend man found safe

The Boise County Sheriff's Office says he was found safe on Tuesday.

BOISE, Idaho — Update: David Jackson was found safe on Tuesday, according to the Boise County Sherriff's Office.

Authorities were searching for the missing Horseshoe Bend man who was last seen Saturday, Jan. 13.

Boise County Sheriff Scott Turner on Tuesday told KTVB that David Jackson was reported missing on Sunday, Jan 14, after he did not show up for work.

Jackson's family said he lives and works in Horseshoe Bend, and they were concerned for his safety in the winter weather conditions.

David Jackson is missing from Horseshoe Bend. Please keep an eye out for him and call Boise County Dispatch if you see him or have any information on his location. Boise County Sheriff's Office
