Boise High School student dies in car accident

Principal Deborah Watts sent an email to parents, stating the student died yesterday and offering mental health assistance to the school community.

BOISE, Idaho — Boise High School student, Zuleyka Angulo has died in a car accident. According to Principal Deborah Watts, the student died yesterday, July 19, and the family has asked for privacy at this time.

"We realize that this is difficult information to process and we are heart-broken by this loss. As a school-family and community we will support one another and work through this the best way we possibly can. Please remember Zuleyka's family in your thoughts," the principal wrote in an email. 

Principal Watts also stated that the Boise School District Crisis Team will be available to students or teachers that need support on Monday, July 22, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
