Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce announces new board members

KTVB General Manager Kate Morris has been named to serve on the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

BOISE, Idaho — The Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce board of directors will have some new faces beginning next year.

Those names include Odette Bolano of Saint Alphonsus, Kate Eldridge of HDR Engineering, Sean Robbins of Regence Blue Shield, Jodi Whittaker of Whittaker & Associates, Jim Shipman of Colliers International and KTVB's General Manager Kate Morris.

These prominent Boise business and community leaders will serve three-year terms and help create regional and economic prosperity for the nearly 1,800 Boise metro businesses.

"The addition of these new community leaders helps solidify the Boise Chamber's Board as one of the most influential bodies in Idaho" said Bill Connors, President and CEO of the Chamber.

More than 20 of the Chamber's board members are company presidents or CEOs.
