BOISE -- We've learned that the Boise School District has sold two properties for nearly $4 million.
The district confirmed that they sold the site of the old Cole Elementary School for $2.5 million and the site of the old Franklin Elementary School for $1.3 million.
The properties were sold to the highest bidder -- convenience store chain Maverik.
The school board approved the sale late last month.
