Bogus Basin announces job fair for upcoming ski season

The job fair will open at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14. Bogus Basin plans on hiring more than 500 employees.

BOISE, Idaho — As fall descends on Idaho and the orange leaves fall, snow will soon blanket the Treasure Valley. With the 2023-2024 ski season quickly approaching, Bogus Basin will host a job fair this weekend.

The job fair will be hosted at Bogus Basin's downtown Boise office at 2600 N. Bogus Basin Rd. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14. They seek to more than 500 people. 

"Bogus Basin offers a fun and unique work environment where employees play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests," Bogus Basin Director Shelby Deaton said. "We take great pride in fostering a positive and supportive community. As an employee, you become part of a family that shares a passion for the area and the outdoors."

Eligible jobs will be lift operators, ticket sales associates, ski and snowboarding instructors, retail shops and more, according to Bogus Basin's news release.

Employees are eligible for benefits, including an all access season pass, free transportation to/from the mountain, discounts on food, lessons, equipment rentals and merchandise.
