BOISE, Idaho — Get ready to go 'Animal Style' in In-N-Out's new location, which will open on Friday near the Boise Towne Square Mall.
"Beginning October 25, 2024, In-N-Out hamburgers, fries, and shakes will be available at our newest location in Boise, Idaho," officials said on In-N-Out's website.
On Oct. 16, In-N-Out filed an application for a temporary use permit to park and operate a mobile merchandise truck in front of the new Boise location.
The dates they selected for the temporary use permit were Oct. 25 through Oct. 27.
The permit application also asks permission to place four dry storage containers on the property to "support the opening of the store."
As of Wednesday afternoon, the city had not yet approved the permit. However, a city spokesperson confirmed that the permit is being reviewed.
The city spokesperson also added that the In-N-Out building has received final occupancy and approval certification, allowing them to run the business.

As KTVB previously reported, the Gem State's first In-N-Out opened at the tail-end of 2023, with customers camping out overnight for the chain's burgers.
"We had customers lined up, our first drive-thru customer arrived about 30 hours before opening, and we had long lines this morning well before we opened," In-N-Out COO Denny Warnick said. "The welcome that we have felt from the community so far has been amazing."
When the Meridian In-N-Out opened, it was the company's 400th location, which made the Treasure Valley opening that much more special.
