MCCALL, Idaho — Brundage Mountain Resort to host a Pass Pick Up and Wax Party from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25.
The party will be hosted at Smoky's Bar and Grill, where there will be a full bar service and new menu items to kick off the pre-season. The Fall Line Shop will also be playing a role in the party, offering 20% off hot waxes, discounts on last season's demo gear and Black Friday sales, said a news release.
"Naturally, we'd love to be skiing on Thanksgiving weekend, but Mother Nature has other plans this year," Ken Rider, Brundage Mountain General Manager said. "It looks a pattern change is on the way, so we're inviting folks up for some fun and to make sure they'll be 100% ready for opening day."
The guest services office will be open for Season Pass purchases and pick ups. Brundage states that they have upgraded their ticketing system, and everyone will need a new RFID card this year.
Brundage will also have their recruiting team on site to answer any questions about winter or year-round employment with the resort. The resort states there is a variety of outdoor and indoor positions open for a wide range of skill sets and schedules.
Brundage is not open yet, but will open as soon as enough snow has been prepped and groomed. You can track pre-season snowfall and operation updates here.
