CALDWELL, Idaho — A new member of the force hit the streets this week in Caldwell. Donning a rather small cowboy hat, Magic, the mini horse, joined the Caldwell Police Force as part of Caldwell Police Department's non-profit foundation. His civic duty? Bringing smiles to local folks.
The horse was welcomed via Instagram by Chief Rex Ingram, who said Magic would be with the team for a few months.
