BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) worked on an incident on State Highway 55, just north of Banks near the North Fork Payette River Tuesday morning.
A vehicle entered the river, after going off the road. As ITD worked to remove it, the highway was down to one lane with alternating traffic.
According to ITD, the high was back open in both directions late Tuesday morning.
