BOISE, Idaho — It's that time of the year again, Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is starting chip sealing maintenance.
"We're scheduled to begin this important maintenance effort after the Memorial Day weekend. This year, chip sealing will take place in Zone 5, which spans from Highway 55 to Blacks Creek Rd, and the Boise River north to the county line. This includes Boise's North End, City of Garden City, Idaho and northeast Boise," ACHD stated.
