WEISER, Idaho -- Fire crews are working to knock down a fire five miles west of Weiser.
The blaze started Thursday night around 6 p.m. between Interstate 84 and U.S. Highway 201.
The Highway 201 Fire has grown to 140 acres in size, but is not burning in priority sage-grouse habitat and no structures are currently threatened.
The BLM says they do not have an estimated time for containment or control.
Six engines and one bulldozer are currently helping battle the blaze. Crews from the Vale District Bureau of Land Management are also helping fight the fire.
