BOISE -- Dave and Busters is getting ready for its grand opening in Boise.

The sports bar-style restaurant and arcade will open its doors to the public Saturday morning at 11.

Today, employees got a trial run, serving family and friends in preparation for Friday's VIP day.

On VIP day, for $25 you get all you can eat food, two drinks, and $20 to play games.

All ticket proceeds will be given to Life's Kitchen, the Idaho Humane Society, and Special Olympics Idaho. Officials say the VIP event is sold out and they have raised over $13,000 for charity.

President Dolf Berle says they are excited about the Boise opening.

We've been working on it for months, we've got 200 people that we've hired locally, we've got over 130 games and some beautiful new menu items, so we think this is going to be a really fun place for people to visit, said Berle.

VIP night starts at 6 p.m. Friday and goes until 11 p.m.

Dave and Busters is located in the old Circuit City building next to the Boise Towne Square Mall.
