BOISE, Idaho — The Ada County Sheriff's Office (ACSO), announced the deputy that was injured in a crash while responding to the fatal shooting of Deputy Tobin Bolter, has been released from the hospital.
Deputy Dallas Denney has extensive injuries, including a fractured spine, a broken pelvis and several facial injuries.
Deputy Bolter was shot and killed Saturday night during a traffic stop. Deputy Denney, who was on her way to the area, was involved in a crash with another car and a power pole near South Meridian Road and East Amity Road.
