BOISE, Idaho — A young man from Boise is the epitome of 'someone who has that dawg' in them. Ben Miller has been running a lemonade stand for the past few years, with all proceeds going to The Idaho Humane Society. Ben only runs the stand one day a year.

"We will have animal treats on hand as well, so bring your furry friends! Edwards Greenhouse has also generously donated a $50 gift card to the cause, which we will have a drawing for! ICCU has also donated $250 towards it.  Come support a little boy's love for all animals (but especially the kitties.) Hope to see you there! And thank you for all your continued support, it means the world to us, and the animals," the social media post states.

As Snoop Dogg once sang it's "Nuthin but a 'G' thang," and if "G" stood for giving, Ben would be at the top of his game. His stand has raised over $5,000 through the years, this year the goal is $3,500. The event is on Sunday May, 19 at 12384 W. Camas Dr. Boise, from noon to 4 p.m.

Ben will be serving traditional and lavender flavored lemonade. All the proceeds go to IHS the next day. People who can't attend can donate through Venmo at @fisheramy32 or
PayPal at fisheramy32@yahoo.com.
