BOISE -- Ada County Sheriff's Office is investigating a former correctional officer who is accused of having sexual contact with an inmate.
Sebastian Lieber was hired by the Idaho Department of Correction in June of last year.
He worked at Idaho Maximum Security Institution south of Boise.
Ada County Sheriff's deputies say the sexual contact allegedly occurred while the inmate was being treated at a Boise hospital.
Lieber was placed on administrative leave before he resigned last month.
