FRUITLAND, Idaho — A man and a woman are under arrest after Fruitland Police say the pair kidnapped, beat, and robbed a man at knifepoint.
According to a Facebook post from the Fruitland Police Department (FPD), the victim said he was forced to go to an ATM and get money from his account while getting threats against his life and family members if he attempted to run or contact police.
After getting away from the suspects, the victim reported the incident. The Fruitland Police Department then received help from the Payette Police Department, Payette County Sheriff's Office and the Homedale Police Department. The collective agencies were able to locate the suspects at a residence on Rome Avenue in Fruitland and arrest them.
The suspects were identified as Larry Hanslovan, of Boise, and Cynatra Shaw, of Fruitland.
Hanslovan has been charged with robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy. He's being held on a $1.1 million bond.
Shaw has been charged with robbery, kidnapping, criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is $1 million.
Both suspects are currently housed in the Payette County Jail, FPD said.
