BOISE, Idaho — The Seattle Kraken have made a mark in their hometown, bringing a new life to hockey in the Northwest.
Now, you can catch Seattle Kraken games on KTVB channel 7.1 and 24/7 7.2, and in Twin Falls with KTFT. With over 60 games being broadcast this season, you surely won't want to miss any of the action.
“Idaho’s most watched media group is proud to partner with the Kraken to expand our sports offerings via free over-the-air television in Boise and Twin Falls,” said Jessica Hagan, president and general manager of KTVB and KTFT. “Adding professional hockey to our lineup that already includes broadcasts of all home ECHL Idaho Steelheads’ games is a big win for hockey fans in Idaho!”

The 2024-25 season has started strong for the Kraken, with a 4-4-1 win-loss record. Led by new coach Dan Bylsma and newly-named assistant coaches, Bob Woods and Jessica Campbell, the Kraken are making history by hiring the first full-time female assistant coach.
