Police seeking witnesses in Garden City car accident

The accident took place near the intersection of Chinden Boulevard and Curtis Road on Tuesday night. Anyone with information is asked to call Garden City Police.

GARDEN CITY, Idaho — Garden City Police are investigating and seeking witnesses of a car accident that took place Sept. 10 at roughly 9:15 p.m. 

Garden City Police were dispatched to a crash near the intersection of Chinden Boulevard and Curtis Road. When they arrived, officers found that a Jeep SUV and a motorcycle had collided. 

The motorcyclist was suffering from "grave injuries", Garden City Police said. Officers, firefighters and paramedics jumped to action, performing life saving measures. The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital where he is being treated for life threatening injuries. 

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call Garden City Police Department at 208-472-2950 with information.
