SUNVALLEY-- Idaho gold medalist Kaitlyn Farrington returned home today to the Wood River Valley to a hero's welcome.
Her plane touched down at the Freidman Memorial Airport in Hailey this afternoon where she was greeted by lots of well wishers. She then traveled on the back of fire truck through the city streets of Bellevue and Hailey where hundreds came out to welcome her home.
Our Carolyn Holly and Jay Tust were there and caught up with Kaitlyn in Sun Valley during the News at Four. So far, she's really enjoying the reception she got from her fellow Idahoans.
