BOISE, Idaho — "There are three things that I've learned never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin," said Linus in "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown."

Whether you believe in "The Great Pumpkin" or not, you can find, at the very least, a most sincere pumpkin at the Second Pumpkin Harvest & Fall Festival at Spaulding Ranch in Boise.

"One pumpkin per person – while supplies last. There will also be opportunities to connect with Boise Parks and Recreation team members and learn about future plans for this unique urban agriculture park located off Cole Road in the West Bench area," a news release stated.

The free event is on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. People can get a free pumpkin, sunflowers, corn and more.

Parking is very limited, so people should expect to park and walk.
