BOISE, Idaho — Idaho 21 has reopened between Grandjean Junction and Banner Summit after an avalanche swept through the area in late February.
Crews have been working for weeks to clear the section of roadway, known as Avalanche Alley.
Last month's snow slide left snow and debris covering the road 40 feet deep for a quarter mile.
