Early voting in Ada County begins Tuesday

Early voting for the Nov. 5 election gets underway next week in Ada County.

Eligible voters can vote at six locations throughout the county beginning Tuesday, Oct. 15, the Ada County Clerk’s Office announced Thursday. Additionally, the county’s Mobile Voting Unit will stop at various locations beginning Tuesday and through Nov. 1.

Early voting in Canyon County begins Oct. 21. Early voting ends statewide on Nov. 1.

Ada County residents who want to vote early but are not yet registered, or need to update their registration, may do so at the early voting locations by bringing a government-issued ID and proof of residence. A complete list of acceptable documents is available online at voteidaho.gov/voter-registration.

Early voting locations in Ada County are as follows. They will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

- Ada County Elections (400 N Benjamin Lane, Boise)

- Meridian City Hall (33 E Broadway Ave., Meridian)

 Boise City Hall (150 N Capitol Blvd., Boise)

- Eagle Public Library (100 N Stierman Way, Eagle)

- Kuna City Hall (751 W 4th St., Kuna)

- Library! At Bown Crossing (2153 E Riverwalk Drive, Boise)

The Mobile Voting Unit will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the listed days

Oct. 15: Rocky Mountain High School, 5450 N Linder Road, Meridian

Oct. 16-17: Lake Hazel Library, 10489 W Lake Hazel Road, Boise

Oct. 18: Hidden Springs Middle School, 5480 W Hidden Springs Drive, Boise

Oct. 21-22, 29: Garden City Library, 6015 N Glenwood St., Garden City

Oct. 23-24: Albertsons Library — BSU, 1865 W Cesar Chavez Lane, Boise

Oct. 25, 28: Orchard Park Library, 1268 W Orchard Park Drive, Meridian

Oct. 30-Nov. 1: Star Library, 10706 W State St., Star

Ada County residents voting via absentee ballot can drop off their ballot at the absentee drop boxes at Ada County Elections, Meridian City Hall, Boise City Hall, Kuna City Hall, Star City Hall and Eagle City Hall.
