Coyne's Brings On the Beef

It's Idaho Beef Month, y'all! And we couldn't think of a better place to celebrate (and enjoy some tasty dishes) than Coyne's Restaurant & Bar in Eagle.

Coyne's sources their prime-grade short ribs from Idaho, family-owned beef companies. "Buying local beef is something we take pride in," says Head Chef Joel Guillen. "We always want to support our neighbors -- and it's simply high-quality."

Mellisa immerses herself into two of Coyne's more popular beef dishes -- short rib ragu and short rib mole.
